Weekly digest
Signing up is optional. We store your email address, confirmation and subscription status, consent record, and your separate choice about class updates in a private database. AgentMail delivers confirmation emails and the digest. We do not sell the list or track email opens. A self-hosted ALTCHA anti-spam check and short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit automated signups. Confirm your email before receiving any digest. Unsubscribe from any issue to stop both the digest and optional class updates. Unconfirmed requests expire after 48 hours and are removed after 30 days; suppression records prevent further mail after unsubscribes or delivery problems. Contact hello@copilotnewsdesk.com for access or deletion requests.
Email and prompt submissions
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments through AgentMail, our email provider. We use these to review your contribution, respond and keep a record of publication permission. Submitted material stays private unless selected for publication with your permission; we publish only the edited contribution and your chosen credit. We do not publish your email address or add you to a mailing list.
Do not send confidential employer information, customer data or credentials. For a correction, withdrawal or deletion request, contact hello@copilotnewsdesk.com. We retain correspondence while reviewing or discussing a submission and retain permission records for published contributions. Learn about AgentMail’s privacy practices.
Readership and advertising
We use self-hosted Umami to understand which pages people read, where visits come from, and clicks on source links, promotions and Prompt Collector. The dashboard is private.
Analytics uses no tracking cookies. Our analytics does not collect names, email addresses, submission contents or recordings of your screen. We keep page paths and campaign tags; other query parameters and referrer paths are removed. IP addresses are processed to estimate visits and location, but are not stored as raw IP addresses in the analytics database. We may compare an incoming IP address with configured organizational network ranges and attach a network label to analytics events. This identifies a network, not a person or confirmed employer. Raw IP addresses are not stored with that label. Our hosting server also keeps ordinary security and request logs.
We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Browser blocking may mean some visits are not counted. These figures are estimates, not an exact count of people.
When enabled, Google AdSense and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses and browsing information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, depending on your choices and region, personalize advertising. Google’s consent message provides applicable choices; use Privacy and cookie settings to revisit them. We skip Google advertising when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Unpaid Copilot promotions link directly to Microsoft. Learn how Google uses information at Google’s partner-site privacy page. Linked sites have their own privacy policies.
